subtext

Subtext (Subtextures) is the online name of  Kelly Neal. I am a poet and recently retired teacher living in central Texas. I have been writing poetry consciously as poetry for most of my life. I attended The University of Texas at Austin, and Middlebury College’s Bread Loaf School of English. At one point I was part of a doctoral program in Language and Literacy Studies at The University of Texas at Austin, but life got in the way.
