My Cliches: Clogged Arteries

bare skin on skin
strands of hair
necks backs lips
a kiss again
and then again
voiced unvoiced
spoke into the dark
written like here
paths roads
trails steps
trudge walk
lost forests
bread crumbs
ravenous desire
tongue tip dipped
 in wine fruit
food a metaphor
in and out
of rooms
doors open
close vanish
empty spaces
pronouns stirred
he our you
I we she
you me no
adjectives and nouns
verb the image
into the line
of the sentence
sans punctuation
rivers flow
like air
folding into
us all
